EVENT: TALK ON "ORGANIC POWER", FOLKCHARM AT MAINICHI MEDIA CAFE

We were invited by the Mainichi Media Cafe to give a talk on "Organic Power". The talk was not solely focused on how "organic" FolkCharm products are, but rather on how 'going organic' is better for the environment, the producers and also for "you" the consumers. We've had a very active discussion with amazing audience, Daichi wo Mamoru Kai, the most famous organic delivery service and Made in Earth, the pioneer of Japanese organic cotton products. We've learned so much from all of them and sincerely thank everyone for being involved in how FolkCharm can grow to be!

毎日メディアカフェでのイベント「オーガニックのちから」無事終了しました。アジア現地の女性起業家の取材を始めて１年。実際に動いている起業家本人が直接、取り組みや考えを伝え、商品を受け止める側の人たちと生のディスカッションができる場が生まれて本当に良かったです。さらっとのはずの懇親会が盛り上がり、すぐに動きたい素敵なコラボアイディアも...(今年の仕事は収める方向で動いていたのに、アドレナリンが出てきて眠れない。) 企画に乗ってくれてありがとう！毎日新聞社の皆様、メディアカフェ関係者の皆様、大地を守る会、made in earth、そして毎日女性会議の皆様、本当にありがとうございました！ （明日の毎日新聞（首都圏）に載るかもです♪）- Akiko Terai​
