TRAVEL TO THE NORTH: Nan's women groups on business development

With an invitation of รวยบุญ ผ้าธรรมชาติ, we travelled to Nan province on 16-18 February, 2017, to share our stories and lessons with four weaving groups in Nan Province, encouraged them to craft up their business model canvas to understand themselves better and visited three amazing communities with their own stories, identities, and tradition-driven designs. We've learned various working models, and more importantly met with the youngest weaving artisan who is now eighteen years old and started weaving since the age of six!We have certainly learned more than we shared. Thanks to the power of networking. #volkskraftภูคราม Bhukram ภูพาน สกลนคร และ FolkCharm Crafts ได้โอกาสมาร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนกับกลุ่มทอผ้าในโครงการ "น่านเน้อเจ้า" เฟส3 ดำเนินการโดย รวยบุญ ผ้าธรรมชาติ ได้โอกาสร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรื่องราว กระบวนการทำงาน เทคนิคต่างๆ ได้เห็นการสร้างเครือข่ายระดับจังหวัด ที่อยากดึงอัตลักษณ์ของแต่ละกลุ่มมาเป็นจุดเด่น สร้างแบรนด์ร่วม โดยเกื้อกูลกัน เคารพกัน ไม่แข่งขันกันเอง ได้ลงไปชวนป้าๆ พี่ๆ น้องๆ 3 ชุมชนคือ บ้านนางปงพัฒนา บ้านซาวหลวง บ้านเชียงราย ทำ Business Model Canvas เพื่อให้เห็นภาพรวมของธุรกิจให้ชัดขึ้น ผ้าทอน่าน ละเอียดและสวยงามมากจริง กว่าจะได้มาแต่ละผืน มีเรื่องราว คุณค่า คุณภาพ ทอแน่น ลายชัด ใส่ใจ
ที่สุดยอดคือ ช่างทอ ช่างแกะลาย เด็กสุดอายุ 18 เป็นเด็กผู้ชายหลายคนอีก สมาชิคในกลุ่ม มีรุ่นพี่ๆด้วย
